How To Make - Scrummy Gingerbread Festive Dog Treats

For this recipe you will need:

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp water

  • Baking tray lined with baking paper

  • Rolling pin

  • Your reusable Christmas tree biscuit cutter

How to:

  1. Add the mix, egg and water into a bowl and combine to form a dough.

  2. Place dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 200oC/180oC fan and line baking tray with baking paper.

  4. Roll out dough until it is ½ cm thick.

  5. Use the included cookie cutter to press out pieces. You should get more than a dozen tree-shaped biscuits.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until firm and golden at the edges. Let them cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.

Store in an airtight container and use within 7 days. Or freeze them to last longer, be sure to defrost fully before giving to your dog.
